temporarity c105ed ts offices prior to the lockdown ￿ asked all employees to work from home in order to
keep them safe. This meant Ihal A¢e enwloyees r#x pro¥iding adw)cacy Mrtually rather than far
face. We wowded e¥eryofte office ewipment lo th fr<ffi hoffle and devised new workin9 from home
policies. The whole leam had to develop rw skilks and methods of *Y**ing lo fiAfiI tsir roles. We did nol
cancel rMetin9s. thange any immediate plans or fvrknjgh any stsff.
Group ad¥ocacy ses5ion5 became online group meetirvJ5. (x>nfeow were online as well a$ our TVS, one
to one. advocacy ser¥ice. The whole team worked extremety hard to make the adiu51ments and find ways lo
WO￿ wih people with a leaming disatrflFly ￿mIlOr auiism. Ths uKILvJed s￿￿'n9 and leath.ng ￿oFIt how

developed a risk a$￿Ssment foim for each propos8d Nisit, provided the staff with full PPE. They were
a$kèd to remaMI 2m apart and ￿tsIde. rf possible.
Inrtialy, ￿lintr was a hup chall•n￿, Ixrt the team soon adapted and be&wne extremely efficienl at
working from home. The tèam have discovèred new aTrJ innovatrve ways of worting and are using a
