**Objects:** (1) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PERSONS IN NIGERIA WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED OR ARE EXPERIENCING SEXUAL ABUSE, SEXUAL VIOLENCE AND/OR DOMESTIC ABUSE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING INFORMATION, ADVICE, COUNSELLING AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES.(2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE ISSUES SURROUNDING SEXUAL ABUSE, SEXUAL VIOLENCE AND DOMESTIC ABUSE AND UNDERTAKING RESEARCH INTO EXPERIENCES OF VICTIMS OF AND OTHERS AFFECTED BY SEXUAL ABUSE, SEXUAL VIOLENCE AND DOMESTIC ABUSE (DISSEMINATING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT).

**Activities:** To relieve the distress and suffering caused to parents by Adolescent to Parent Violence and Abuse (APVA) be it physical, verbal, psychological, emotional, sexual and financial abuse.to relieve sickness and to preserve the health of the patients in Nigeria, Cameroon and Liberia by providing or assisting in the provision of equipment, facilities and services not provided by government.
