|Crockpot|We received a donation<br>of crockpots to be gifted to people to use at home to|
||help<br>with<br>their cooking<br>skills. To receive one of the crockpots,<br>the person|
||had to attend<br>a slow cooker session<br>to show them<br>how to use<br>it and<br>help|
||them cook independently<br>at home. We ran two sessions<br>in September<br>2022|
||and 14people attended.|
|Digital|RMS Let's Get Digital<br>initiative<br>- training<br>people<br>with a learning<br>disability<br>to|
|Champions|help others who also have a learning<br>disability<br>to improve<br>their digital<br>skills.|
||Two independent<br>online courses with support<br>via Aspire Website: How to be|
||a Digital<br>Champion<br>and<br>Zoom<br>Expert.<br>Eventually<br>leading<br>to face-to-face|

|Walk and Talk|Started as a walking<br>group to help get people ready for the Seaside Walk in|
||September<br>2022. This has now evolved<br>into a Walk and<br>Talk group. The|
||group<br>meet every Tuesday<br>at Birkenhead<br>Park Cafb for a walk around<br>the|
||park and then<br>return<br>to the cafe to have a drink and a chat. Great way to get|
||people exercising<br>but also to help people socialise. Regular attendance<br>of4-|
