There was no change in the staff team. hours,
positions and roles remained the same.
Trustees also remained the same. However.
the stsff and Trustees were involved in regular
professional development to ensure
progression in line wlth Industry standards.
This induded benefftting from a number of
workshops. webinars and guldance articles
produced by the Charities Commission.
The charity contlnued to deliver donation5 for
the Intended causes ensurlng high
transparency by regularly sharing project
media updates (i.e. showing end use of funds)
individually to project sponsors and to the
public via multlple social media platforms.
Also. Independent rnonltorlng inspections
continued throughout the year across multiple
partners and countries to monitor end use of

funds and ensure they have been delivered for
the intended purpose along with seeing how
the beneficiaries have been positively
impacted and Increase the longevity of the
projects.
Indivlduals and groups continued to set up
onllne fundraislng pages themselves for us to
carry out charftable projects on their behalf.
This resulting in multiple income streams
without requiring extra fundraising resource
from the charity. All of the income was via
direct bank trnnsfers. fvndraising pages and
monthly direct debits. with zero cash
donations.
Similarto 2023, the charity matched the
income wlth slmilar level of spending towards
tharitable projects. Utlllslng existing rellable
implementing partners and robust governance
policies and procedures, we continued to
impact and seThe more needy people.
The charty was able to educate many more
people by providlng essential literature and
places of study/worship {i.e. Mosques) across
the most needy of locations. We were able to
build many waterwells to provide communities
with clean and safe drlnking water sources, and
we also maintsined existing tree farms and
planted new trees benefrtlng the needy and
the environment.
The governance policies vRre acted upon and
cross checked to ensure Pro￿dUreS were
followed. Staff, Trustees and volunteer
professional development allowed to ensure
compliance and best working practices were
embedded in ourwork.
To increase efforts to ensure funds are belng
utilised for the intended purposes, the charity
continued to ensure partners understood
expectations and provlded documentation and
media footage, which Is scrutinised by our
team who review media.

when selectin8 and onboarding partners
became evldent as charltsble objectives
continued to be met.
