also to provide them with an income stream to
support them from the medium to long term.
Finally, under the ‘Mosques Project’ building
community hubs such as a mosque has allowed
communities to have a central point to
congregate and a medium to develop their

year where a project manager was appointed
to improve our global impact, the organisation
employed a ‘Project Support’ staff member.
This additional resource led to an increase in
fundraising, awareness of the charity’s work
(through numerous social media platforms)
and ability to deliver more projects.
Facebook and Instagram were utilised as our
main fundraising avenues. Telegram and
WhatsApp were used to broadcast our work.
All of this combined together to further our
objectives.
There was an increased level of positive impact
globally. As the awareness grew, so did our
fundraising. With this, we were also able to
build new relationships which nurtured trust,
better governance and ultimately, we were
able to serve more of those in need. We were
able to educate many more people by
providing essential resources. We were able to
dig many water wells to provide communities
