There has been no activity in this year. 

The trustees have had due regard to the available guidance regarding public benefit. 

The trustees need to review the continuation of the CIO and/or dissipation of any assets to creditors if the CIO was to be dissolved.  Activity is currently suspended and the CIO is dormant. 

The key individual nominated to deliver projects is unable to offer assistance due to other commitments, but this will be reviewed. 

## **Annual Accounts** 

There has been no income or expenditure.  The residual balance remains £79.67. The HSBC Bank Account has closed and the funds are in an unredeemed cheque made payable to the CIO. 

This needs resolving once a decision is made as regards continuation.
