**Objects:** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF A LIBRARY FACILITY AND SERVICE AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL, COMMUNITY RESOURCES AND ACTIVITIES FOR LOW FELL INHABITANTS AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS.TO FURTHER OR BENEFIT THE SAID INHABITANTS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE, RELIGION OR ANY OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS.

**Activities:** The association provide a public library service for residents in Low Fell and the surrounding area of Gateshead. Our activities include running a book lending service, providing access to Gateshead Council?s public access computers in the library, RhymeTime and other regular children?s activities, a monthly Book Group and a programme of speakers and events for the local community.
