We have supported a large number of people keep their birds within their own family homes due to the support and guidance given. We have also provided rescue and rehabilitation to over 1800 parrots. The charity has also been to events around the UK educating the public on correct parrot husbandry to ensure people have the right skills and support to prevent them having to give up their parrot

Section D Achievements and performance
Recued and rehabilitated 236 sick, injured and unwanted parrots during Summary of the main this year. This number has significantly increased from perviouse years achievements of the charity due to the pandemic and the lock down restrictions that prevented us during the year completing our normal activities. Supported owners keep their bird at home rather than have to get rid of them due to not being able to cope Educating many members of the public in the high quality of care for their parrot to ensure that they avoid neglect. Financially supported owners through the pandemic who could not pay for their vets bills to ensure that their parrot received the correct treatment

We are in line with our charity reserve policy despite this years struggle with not being able to attend fundraising events due to the pandemic and the avian flu that has prevented us taking birds out into the community.
