**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT DAME ALICE OWEN'S SCHOOL IN POTTERS BAR, OR ANY OTHER SCHOOL SELECTED BY THE TRUSTEES, BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, PRIZES AND THE FUNDING OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES, PARTICULARLY IN THE SCIENCES AND BUSINESS RELATED SUBJECTS AT THE SCHOOLS, NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY.TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING, OF PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, INCLUDING BY:1. AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TENABLE AT ANY UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OR INSTITUTION OF HIGHER OR FURTHER EDUCATION:2. PROVIDING THEIR EDUCATION TO UNDERTAKE TRAVEL IN FURTHERANCE OF THAT EDUCATION OR TO PREPARE FOR ENTRY TO ANY OCCUPATION, TRADE OR PROFESSION ON LEAVING ANY EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT.

**Activities:** The charity supports education at Dame Alice Owen's School in Potters Bar or other schools selected by the trustees. It is able to fund facilities, prizes and educational activities, particularly in the science and business related subjects.  It also wishes to promote social and physical training of people under the age of 25 years in the UK.  This may include grants to prepare for a profession.
