Spend profile over the last 2 years reflects the need for the charity to deliver the projects funded by the Health Lottery (£28520) and The Deal (£35000). COVID affected the delivery of these projects over the intended time frames and required accelerated programmes to meet delivery deadlines.

Both the Health Lottery and Deal funded projects are complete (spent in full), therefore the Charity focus going forward needs to be on identifying new projects and funding to support.

The current charity funds (Bank balance today) is £13660 with committed spend through to September of ~£5200

- The Co Chair arrangement recognises the demands on the chair role and the life/career demands on the nominees.

- The current Trustees have confidence this structure can provide the charity with a fantastic combination of leadership, drive and passion.
