**Objects:** 3.THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF TELFORD AND WREKIN:-(I)TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY;(II) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF AN EDUCATIONAL AWARENESS PACKAGE TO HELP SAFEGUARD YOUNG PEOPLE WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON ONLINE SAFETY

**Activities:** Raises funds through donations including: from donors who participate in sponsored activities; sale of charity merchandise; organised events (charity ball etc).Awards grants to young (11-18) people in Telford and Wrekin area to help them develop their capabilities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society, e.g. through leisure time activities.
