**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND CARERS WITH A CHARITABLE NEED IN SOUTH AFRICA AND SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT, THE TRUSTEES WILL FURTHER THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE PURPOSES:(I) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY;(II) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION;(III) THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND SAVING OF LIVES;(IV) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED.

**Activities:** We make grants in order to relieve poverty and educate children and young people. To achieve this we recruit donors, keep existing donors informed of the projects funded by the charity via a website, a newsletter and Facebook.  We hold events to raise funds and awareness of the charity from time to time.
