**Objects:** TO ASSIST IN THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM BRAIN TUMOURS PARTICULARLY BY SUPPORTING RESEARCH PROJECTS INTO THE CAUSES AND TREATMENT OF BRAIN TUMOURS AND DISSEMINATING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH. NOTHING IN THE ARTICLES SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.

**Activities:** Brain tumours kill more children and adults under 40 than any other cancer..yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease.This is unacceptable!We are striving to fund a network of 7 research centres whilst challenging government and larger cancer charities to invest more in brain tumour research.Help us fund the fight and find a cure.
