The organisation undertakes confidence
building, skills development training using
innovative technologies and personalised

conditions. In addition to training courses and
coaching the organisation facilitates a number
of peer support group activities for example a
weekly job club. Autus also uses its voluntary
sector network and relationships with its
founding company and other corporate
partners to create interesting employment and
work experience opportunities.

Autus’s primary contribution is made by our
Para 1.38 volunteer body comprised of individuals
