This vear has led io some coaches deciding to move on and w'e are al￿'ayS very grateful to all w'ho

contracts.
After CIAO pui our clients first lasi l'ear IbN' accepting pavmenis against conlracts on the basis thai we
ould aim io deliver the sessions in future. rather than jusi being paid for coaching we no long¢r
legallN. had to dol we are still waiting to deliver almost all of our coniracts.
Prisons ￿'ere noi considering bringing in face io face coaching for most of ihe vear and there was little
capaciiv or technolo￿ io allow us to coach remotely. Although we invesiigaied ielephone and video
call 5¢rviics eveTr'￿here we have ¢oniracts. prisons. focus H'as on familv contact and court
appearances, unde￿tandablY. We are Still ￿aIting to continue selling up our HMP Buckley Hall
seTh'ices and io resiart our longstanding M'ork with women in HMP Drake Hall.
Ho￿ever. we M'ere delighied io ￿art coaching in per%)n in HMP Thorn Cross in July. even if we did
ha￿e to pause again one Theek later after another Covid outbreak. This is now coniin4Eing smoothly and
15 much appreciaied by the elienls and cwhes alike, as well &$ providing hope for us all.
