In 2021 we rq)orted a fLnther¢h8lleDge of flo(din8 in the Ioc81 atea in July 2021. Local drains alld
8ewers were not able to ¢ott which pui a huge *ra]n on our own. This meant the entire entr¥nee aFea,
reaching halfway mto tILe moin hdl was badly damaged. The proce of (lrying out, rq)I1llg fl00Tg
etc.. was stIll noi complete by the end of the ye8r. The ade it irnpossible for us to have regular

The finances continue to reflect the large lo of income ss we have been un8ble io hire out the building
for otljer than London Live and Strawbery Fields until the above repairs were WpIcted m8king sure
the bulth.ng as safe tt> use. In th¢ dl¢ll]I e¢onomic ¢limate. there will b¢ many challenges thcad. but
