NATIONAL ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT
OPENING REMARKS
It is humbling to share what the God of our father Archbishop Apostle Professor Ezekiel H Guti has done in our nation of United Kingdom in 2023, more so after the promotion to glory of his bondservant. We continued to soldier on under the theme “Striving to be True Disciples who are Rooted and Grounded in the Doctrine of our Church during the Transition” (Acts 15:21, Ephesians 317; Philippians 4:9). The nation witnessed the faithfulness of God as we were celebrating the home going of our father, to be comforted and strengthened by Archbishop Elias Soko, who reminded us of the teachings of our father.
In September, our leader assigned to oversee the work in Europe, Apostle Dr Steve Simukai also came, encouraged the leadership of the nation and emphasised that we put Philippians 4:9 into practice.

PROJECTS
01. EZEKIEL GUTI CONFERENCE CENTRE (PROJECT TALENTS)
We give glory and honour to the God of our father who allowed us to raise £770,000.00 through working talents to complete the main foyer, the stateof-the-art kitchen and heating/ventilation systems. These have since been fully commissioned. We are believing God for money to complete the mezzanine floor, the bookshop, baptismal pool, the Archbishop Suite and landscaping.
02. MISSIONS
God allowed us to raise £456,855.00 towards Missions Fund. We continue to encourage the saints on the importance of monthly standing orders as we realise a steady monthly income through them.
03. EUROPE LEADERSHIP DEEPERLIFE CONFERENCE
IThe 2023 conference that was scheduled for 26th to 30th July wasn’t held due to the homegoing celebrations of the bondservant of God, our father Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H Guti.
04. PROVINCIAL RESTRUCTURING
The work of God continues to grow and now have 9 provinces, 21 regions and 68 Assemblies as detailed below, since restructuring in November.
- Ireland & Isle of Man – Overseer Richard & Christine Sabvute East England – Overseer Washington & Evelyn Mujuruki East Midlands – Overseer Abisha & Ann Forest North London – Overseer Edmore & Kundai Chibwana North West – Overseer Big & Nelia Chakanyuka West Midlands – Overseer Shepherd & Talent Mayemu Scotland – Overseer Philip & Norah Austin South London – Overseer Morris & Betty Gombakomba Yorskshire – Overseer Calisto & Sikhanyisiwe Manyati
New Assemblies
Due to the influx of people from abroad, the God of our father allowed the opening of new assemblies.
- Yorkshire Province – York, Bradford, Wakefield & Lincoln Assemblies (4) Greater Midlands Province – Taunton Assembly North West Province – Crewe & Lancaster Assemblies (2) South London Province – Exeter Assembly
New Church Building
We honour the God of our father Archbishop Apostle Ezekiel H. Guti for allowing us to purchase a church building in Warrington, North West Province.
Soul Winning
We look forward to winning more souls for the Kingdom of God in 2024, opening more assemblies and also buying more provincial centres for believers to have their own places of worship. We endeavour to fulfil the Great Commission (Matthew 28:28-20) through your prayers.
05. MINISTRIES
We are witnessing growth in all ministries as they continue to fulfil their calendar events under the leadership of their committees and pastorate teams.
06. FUTURE PLANS
Finding affordable places of worship can be challenging in some places from practices that are against our Guidance, Rules and Policy like being asked to sign an agreement to support same sex marriages. Our request is that we be allowed to work Provincial Centre Talents in 2024 to fulfil our desire for every province to have at least one church building as a place of worship. Believers are willing and ready to work such Centre Talents. We thank the God of our father for giving us centres like Edinburgh (Scotland), Leeds (Yorkshire), Warrington (North West) and Ezekiel Guti Conference Centre (Birmingham).
06. CONCLUSION
Our sincere gratitude goes to our father who went to be with the Lord and our mother, the senior Archbishop Apostle Professor Eunor Guti, for their unwavering support and prayers which have brought the nation of United Kingdom this far.
As the work continues to grow, we request for prayers from our mother, for the nation to remain in the vision given to our father, the bondservant of God, Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H Guti.
2023 will be remembered for two major events. The year began with celebrations of a milestone in the life of our father, the Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H Guti, the legendary whom God allowed to preach nonstop for 75 years, leading Forward In Faith Ministries International for 63 years. It was joy unspeakable when we celebrated his 100th birthday, the CENTENARIAN and great icon of our time!!! Soon after, he transitioned to glory and will always celebrate his rich legacy.
We can never thank God enough for what He has done through our father, allowing him to take the true gospel of Jesus Christ to more than 168 nations and states.

The United Kingdom nations (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) and the Republic of Ireland (which includes Isle of Man), have been grouped under three Zones, as follows: -
-
Zone 1 – the southern part of England i.e. Greater London, which includes East England, South London and North London Provinces; presided over by Bishop Dr. J. Chikwawawa.
-
Zone 2 - the middle part of England i.e. Greater Midlands and Ireland Provinces; presided over by Bishop Dr. JDK Samasuwo. Zone 3 - the north, which includes North West, Yorkshire and Scotland Provinces; presided over by Bishop Dr. MJ Kasese.
PROVINCIAL VISITS
Zone 1
The number of visits carried out in the year increased, covering all the three Provinces. Plans are being put in place to visit every Assembly in the coming year (2024).
South London Province (SLP)
The first visit was their first quarter PC, including visits to City, Sutton and Southampton Assemblies, with encouragement on Home Talents and some feedback from the Male and Female Pastors Conference. They were all left with fresh fire and a great zeal to work Home Talents and to succeed in all areas.
East England Province (EEP)
The visit was in the last quarter of the year, for their PC and the East London and Essex Regional Big Sunday the following day. The Leaders were trained and charged to excel in their different positions and callings. The visit to Dagenham Assembly left the Church bubbling with joy after powerful teachings accompanied by deliverance.
North London Province (NLP)
Every region was visited, with powerful teachings accompanied by deliverance in West London (Blessed) Region; Regional Home Talents Celebration Service in North London (Super North) that left the Church with an uncontrollable spirit of joy. Luton and Cambridge Assemblies received powerful and encouraging teachings through the Word, which greatly benefitted and strengthened the Church.
Expectations for 2024
The Zone is looking forward to the new year with confidence. A programme is already in place to coordinate the Bishop’s visits that will enable greater progress. The prayers of the saints and more grace from God will propel the Zone to new and higher levels in all aspects.
Zone 2
The Home Going of our father Apostle Prof. E.H. Guti halfway through 2023 and a protracted time of celebrating his life very much affected the programmed Provincial and Regional visits the rest of the year.

Zonal Changes and Looking Ahead
Greater Midlands Province (GMP) has now become two provinces, West Midlands and East Midlands Provinces. 2023 was looking forward to growth in every area, spiritually (maturity), physically (numbers) and have witnessed some growth from people coming from overseas. This needs to change in 2024, as we practice more Soul Winning. We need to emphasise more provincial expansion, through winning and discipling of more souls, as well as opening more Assemblies. Seminars that include sessions on financial growth by encouraging faithful tithing and giving in general are needed. On spiritual growth, teaching on maturity must continue, repeated time after time on the Kingdom of God
Greater Midlands Province (GMP)
The month of March was spent in Northampton (Mega) Region and we were very encouraged to see the growth of Corby Assembly compared to the previous year, through many people coming from abroad as well as Northampton Assembly. It is a great blessing to witness seasoned leaders (Elders and Deacons) with specific ministries like Praise and Worship, Hosting and Ushering, lifting the standard of the services. The powerful praise and worship, great testimonies given in an atmosphere of great joy indicated how the God of our father was working in the lives of the saints and meeting them at their points of need. The Regional visit concluded with an awesome Big Sunday, where giving of big amounts of money was an indication of good understanding of the working of Talents.
Leicestershire Region was also visited on their Regional Big Sunday, was encouraging to see the great potential of growth and the two Assemblies going back to meeting separately again.
Page 6
Zone 3
·Scotland Province
We were unable to visit either of the two Assemblies in Glasgow Region but were able to visit Edinburgh (Success) Region, only at their Provincial Centre. We shared the platform with Pastor Tendai Bvunzawabaya at a MOI seminar held at the Centre on 6th of May, spoke at the MOI Provincial Big Sunday on 7th May, preached at their Provincial Big Sunday on 16th May and attended Edinburgh Big Sunday on 28th May.
Northwest Province (NWP)
We visited the new Provincial Centre in Warrington on 10th September and attended Sunday Service at their new Assembly in Crewe. On 8th October we did home visits, attended Sunday Service at Warrington Assembly on 15th October and Dr. Bella Kasese attended the Blackburn Assembly Service whilst I was in Ireland.
Yorkshire Province (YSP)
We attended Bradford Sunday Service in North Yorkshire Region on 2nd April, followed by some Home Visits. Easter Convention was attended at Leeds Assembly and a Leadership Seminar a week later. Unfortunately we were unable to visit most of the Assemblies. We were in South Yorkshire Region from 17th to 23rd April, had a Zoom Service, a MOI BBQ then guest speakers at the Youth Big Sunday on 30th April.

PROVINCIAL SUMMARY REPORTS Pag• 9
EAST ENGLAND PROVINCE
Executive Summary
We give glory to the God of our Father for the Angel of Zaoga Forward In Faith Ministries, encamped around all leaders and believers in the Province, protecting and keeping us. 2023 has been a difficult year for us as our father was promoted to glory, but we thank God for the encouraging and strengthening word that we received from our leaders.
OVERSEERS W & E MUJURUKI
East England Province is made up of two (2) regions namely, East Anglia Region and East London and Essex Region.
The Pastoral team includes Overseers Washington and Evelyn Mujuruki who are also Regional Pastors for East London and Essex Region, working together with Pastor Spiwe Mateta.
- Regional Pastors for East Anglia Region are Dr David and Pastor Florence Simango.
We have a powerful team of Elders and Deacons who are zealous for the work of God, in unity through regular Workers Fellowships that plan and execute the work. We continue to see numerical growth as many new members are being received from overseas.
The province is enjoying life changing activities through its various ministries as Our tithing continues to fluctuate and we continue to encourage all our members to be faithful for the province to become financially sound. Nevertheless, one of our greatest challenges is migration as we have seen a great number of our members relocating up north where accommodation and house prices are cheaper than in London.
Statistical Analysis of Membership
We have gained a 33% increase in membership during the year and 16 people were water baptised during the period under review.
Soul Winning & Church Growth
We have 11 functional Home Cell Groups who meet every Wednesday with a vision to build them to become vibrant as a tool for soul winning. Two (2) crusades, two (2) worship services and BBQ summer fellowships were held which attracted believers who had stopped coming to church for a long time to return and now attending church regularly. Five (5) people gave their lives to Christ.
Events and Conferences
Missions
The province worked a substantial amount for Missions which brought great joy during all the services held to encourage each other to continue partnering with our father, Archbishop Apostle Ezekiel H Guti in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20).
Home Talents
Through talents conferences and the anointing of the season, a lot of money was gathered by every region towards Kingdom Wealth Creation. Members made great achievements like opening businesses in the UK, buying houses in the UK, stands to build houses and factories in Zimbabwe, farms to start various projects like piggery, poultry and cattle farming. All this brought great joy in the city when the province came together to celebrate in November.
Seminars
Leaders and ministries realise the importance of empowerment and growth through training. Whether at regional or provincial level, they were all power packed, practical and life changing.
Conclusion
We are still a young province and kindly ask for your prayers, that the God of our father will continue to cause us to achieve our objective of being financially sound especially in tithes and offerings. We have a vision as a province to grow numerically, financially and spiritually. We believe we will be successful through your prayers coupled with our hard work.

GENERAL REMARKS
Services and prayers are mostly held at regional level, with provincial gatherings and leadership meetings from time to time. Notably, service attendance has fluctuated, many believers missing out due to the shift patterns that affect the majority.
CHALLENGES
Many of the newly relocated members are still settling in, hence not yet stable in church attendance and supporting church activities financially.
-
We have a lot of places where our members have relocated to yet there isn’t an established assembly. There is therefore a great need to open assemblies to reduce travelling distances.
-
Manpower is still our biggest cry to cover the workload as the area is too big to be effectively covered by one Pastor.
-
The different currencies used by the two different nations pose a challenge when the Province deal s with finances, given the different financial laws governing those nations.
Conclusion
We thank the National Office for the support we always receive through training, seminars and conferences. We hope the challenges that have been highlighted will be noted and addressed, so as to ensure that we run provincial events more progressively.

NORTH LONDON PROVINCE
Introduction
We are highly favoured and share this 2023 report with the great joy of the Lord. The God of our father Ezekiel Guti has been faithful to us as a Province as we have now acquired new offices and our three regions testifying of His goodness. This report mostly covers the critical areas which focus on exponential growth.
OVERSEERS E & K CHIBWANA
Members
Having ended 2022 on an ambitious vision of adding new members, we began the year with great enthusiasm and high expectations. Indeed, the God of our father is faithful as we are continually receiving an influx of members from abroad and within the nation. Every assembly has been receiving new members and some venues are no longer able to accommodate them. The joy in both online and physical services has been boosted as more giftings are now available for the benefit of the body of Christ. We are using various strategies that include prayers, fellowships, concerts and home visits to settle and ground the new members.
Leadership and Church Growth
The church grows based on prayer, the Word, leadership seminars and training, all for the purpose of meeting people’s needs and advancing the kingdom of God. This has immensely empowered the leaders and in turn benefitted the church tremendously. We look forward to building on such breakthroughs and high trajectory realised by all regions in the last quarter of the year. We continue to believe in the God of Ezekiel for growing the province in every given area, through empowerment from prayers, fellowships and leadership training.
Finances
We continued to believe the God of our father for a net-breaking financial breakthrough which He faithfully fulfilled. We joyfully and bountifully participated in the various national projects. Teaching and prayers for all members to be faithful in tithing and leadership training. giving were embarked on, that were followed by phenomenal increases in all our regions and more than hundred percent in some cases. To this extent, we have surpassed all our set targets to the glory of the God of Ezekiel, Amen!
Prayer
The province is believing and praying for a provincial centre. Some of our assemblies now need and are looking for new venues as some have become too small because of the increased membership.
Home Talents
We put in place encouragement programmes such as provincial services and weekly prayers. There was so much joy as people worked beyond their expectations, with some buying houses in the UK and abroad even for cash, some saving large amounts of money and some starting new business projects. People testified and glorified God as they celebrated the great works manifested through their obedience to the school of talents with evidence through pictures and videos. Who can do such unless God is with them and many people were so encouraged such that they requested for a relaunch of Home Talents.
Page 14
NORTH WEST PROVINCE
Introduction
2023 was a good year for the Province and we thank the God of our father for the wonders He continues to do. We witnessed many FIFMI saints relocating from abroad to all our Assemblies which brought about the birth of Crewe and Lancaster Assemblies. People who had left church are also coming back.
OVERSEERS B & N CHAKANYUKA
The teamwork amongst 6 Pastors, 57 Elders and 38 Deacons, together with the spirit of unity and prayer is sustaining us. and many are relocating from abroad. While we are growing numerically and spiritually, we also pray for a boost in our finances through faithful tithing and offerings.
Ministries & Events
Every ministry is fully functional, catering for the needs of its members from Child Evangelism, Youth up to adults of Single Women, Go Quickly and Men of Integrity.
The PC meetings we held allowed us to plan the work of God, to review our financial performance and organise relevant training throughout the year. We pray that more teachings will result in more faithfulness in tithing. We joined the nation in celebrating the 63rd Church Anniversary as well as the 30 days celebrations that were declared after our father, the Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H Guti was promoted to glory.
We also have students attending the UKMFCC Bible School.
Missions 2023 - The Unfinished Mandate
Membership Structure & Church Growth
We worked Missions, partnering with our father Apostle Professor Ezekiel H Guti for the gospel to be preached to all nations. Gifted and anointed speakers from around the nation brought awareness, taught and encouraged the church to participate in the four pillars of missions, to pray, give, send and go. We give glory to the God for giving us the grace.
-
Manchester Assembly has grown numerically to an attendance of 143 every Sunday Liverpool Assembly has 56 attending every Sunday Bolton Assembly has an attendance of 21
-
Preston Mega Assembly have an attendance of 65 Warrington Assembly now have 35 believers attending every Sunday
-
Crewe Assembly the new baby has 68 saints Lancaster the second new baby has an attendance of 17
Major Highlights
We have 21 vibrant Home Cell Groups across the Province and Warrington Assembly held a crusade that contributed to the 16 souls that gave their lives to Christ in the year.
- Members of the National Executive visited every assembly during the year, which greatly uplifted the believers. Most of our ministry structures were put in place in preparation for 2024. We have a dream and a vision to become a big, great province as we are getting ready for the Ten Days of Prayer and Fasting which will unlock many opportunities and breakthroughs.
This is the God of our father in action and we look forward to greater things in 2024 with the hedge of protection around every family and assembly. The weeks of prayer and fasting that we had have been followed by many testimonies of the faithfulness of the God of our father through deliverance and healing.
Provincial Centre
Through the strong desire amongst the saints and leadership to partner with God in this year of working Home Talents, God gave us grace to raise money towards buying our own center. We now have our own Provincial Center and greatly appreciate the support and guidance we received from the National Office.

SOUTH LONDON PROVINCE Where Everyone is A Winner”
Born on 27th August 2022, the province has two regions and seven assemblies. The membership of 619 is led by Overseers Morris & Betty Gombakomba, supported by Pastor Phyllis Burke, Pastors Christopher and Faith Sande.
Celebrating a life well lived
The province was deeply saddened by the promotion to glory of our father, Archbishop Apostle Professor Ezekiel H. Guti and joined the FIFMI family the world over in celebrating a life well lived. We attended services conducted and broadcast via several social media platforms and Ezekiel TV. Believers also had opportunity to testify about the goodness of the God of Ezekiel during our church services; many managed to travel to Zimbabwe with the Overseers and leaders for the final home going celebrations
OVERSEERS M & B GOMBAKOMBA
Major Highlights
Finance Seminars
The year started with grounding of leaders through training and teachings at every level. The hand of the God of Ezekiel is evident in our province under the theme:
“Striving to be true disciples rooted and grounded in the doctrine of the church” .
We are grateful to the organisers for the two powerful finance seminars that were held which included all who handle church money.
- The finance team, all secretaries and Chairing Elders with our Overseers met virtually in February to be empowered and equipped on correct ways of handling God’s money. The church was taught about tithing through the delegates, the secretaries reminded of their duties and the power of teamwork. The National Finance team came in September to equip the provincial team including all secretaries, Chairing Elders, Assets Team and Pastors, focussing on the same topic of correct ways of handling God’s money.
Prayer
Theprovince embraced the vision of starting each month with praying and fasting, then continuation through the month by the regions. We are experiencing the goodness of God through many testimonies being shared including healing, businesses getting new contracts and emotional healing. We give glory to God.
Thanksgiving Big Sunday
The province gathered in great numbers on 12th November, the last Big Sunday of the year, from as far as Isle of Wight, with hearts full of thanksgiving, for the goodness the God of Ezekiel had shown in the lives of individuals, families and the church. It was indeed the day of the Lord which became even bigger as opportunity was taken to welcome Overseers Morris and Betty Gombakomba. Attendance was 212 adults, 30 children and 40 gadgets logged on Zoom.
Home Bible Study Groups
We saw growth in attendance throughout the 30 cell groups, as believers continued to be grounded in the word of God, “Striving to be true disciples rooted and grounded in the doctrine of the church”. These are attended both virtually and physically. We give glory to God for such growth that has extended to the furthest part of our province, with two strong bible groups being birthed where we do not have assemblies. The Isle of Wight group has ten believers and Exeter Group started after a visitation of the believers in their homes by the Overseers had made them feel the love of God.
Church Growth
The church is growing numerically from new converts and as people relocate from different countries. We are grateful to God for paving the way, welcome and celebrate a new assembly, Baby Portsmouth, born on 5th August 2023. The total attendance of both adults and children was 53 on this launch day. God raised sponsors for the launch and money for rentals towards the new birth which was christened "Cottage 593”. Elections were conducted for the leadership structure of Chairing Elders, Assembly Secretary, Vice Secretary and Finance Chairman, to assume office on 5th November 2023 after the appropriate induction process.
The National Office successfully secured a contract for venue hire for church services and we give all the glory to God.

Ministries
Youth
-
Many boys travelled to Leicester for the 3-day life changing National Boys Conference held in October.
-
Belize Mission House – the provincial youth embarked on a mission to furnish the Mission House and were able to raise £13,187.37, exceeding their target of £10,000.00!! Soul Winning – they went out into the streets of Working handing out flyers in preparation for the Night of Revival in November, a demonstration of more participation and growing stronger in the work of God. We are surely witnessing the God of Ezekiel in action. The Worship and Prayer Night event came out well, drawing on local residents and visitors from other provinces. The attendance of 151 adults and 17 children had a life transforming and Holy Spirit filled experience, with 4 people receiving Jesus as their personal saviour and 7 Holy Spirit baptised.
Go Quickly & Tell
Prayer
Tuesday prayers continued consistently and growth in A 3-day prayer retreat in March attracted women from all four corners of the province. 45 ladies gathered at the prayer mountain, with the facilitators standing on Isaiah 58 as guided by our father. As the ladies were encouraged to believe the word of God and the power therein, many were delivered from the spirit of unforgiveness and received emotional healing. Dinner followed by pyjama night, spa outings followed by high tea were also organised for women’s fellowship, interaction and encouraging each other.
Family Builders Ministry (FAMB)
Families gathered in the park during summer and enjoyed “church in the park”, led by the Child Evangelism Ministry. There was much joy on the day with a programme that included bible study, bible quiz and biblical games. This was concluded by a picnic fellowship and church enjoyed the day in the presence of the Lord.

At the end of 2022, we were blessed with the purchase of our very own Provincial Centre, which was a great morale booster for the saints, giving us a new sense of belonging and purpose. The building is in a usable state and has started generating regular revenue to help pay for the general upkeep but still needs a lot of work to be done (renovation, repairs, decorating, etc). We hold regular fund-raising big days that include individuals taking up standing orders and responsibility for specific projects that need upgrading. We have seen a surge of commitment from many leaders who have not only stepped forward but have also been strong encouragers to others in dealing with various challenges.
Church Growth
Scotland has seen a big increase in numbers due to the influx from Zimbabwe through the work visa program. This has benefitted us in many ways, not least with tithing but also as many of them were already leaders in Zimbabwe. They are eager to do the work of God in their new places of worship.
An area calling for attention for church growth is the possibility of new assemblies. We are looking to establish one in Dundee in 2024 and possibly Fife as well, areas which are both to the east between Edinburgh and Aberdeen assemblies.
OVERSEERS P & N AUSTIN
Finance
The province has had to seriously look at its current financial situation due to additional responsibilities like the purchase of the Provincial Centre. Whilst we are now getting returns from its use, it took a while to achieve through much communication amongst the various stake holders.
For the better part of the year, our monthly tithe was below target, averaging around £7000.00. We believe this will change for the better through encouraging teachings from home cell group level and more members who have come from abroad for work. We are meeting our obligations but aiming at creating a bigger comfort margin in preparation for 2024 and beyond.
Ministerial Activities
Most activities and programmes have gone physical. All ministries have reported positive growth after the privileged of being taught the Word and being enriched through gifted speakers.
-
Missions – Families joyfully partnered with the great missionary of our time, our father Archbishop Apostle Ezekiel H Guti in raising money to support Missions.
-
Home Talents – These were worked by families to accumulate wealth and many were able to buy assets and invest in businesses.
Promotion to glory
The whole province was left with a heavy sense of loss when our father Apostle Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H Guti passed on in July. Regardless, grace abounded as the body of Christ stepped up to the challenges, was part of the strong national contingent that travelled to Zimbabwe to send our father home. It might take some time to recover from his passing and the loss, but we know that FIFCII UK is moving into the new chapter our father had prepared us for and determined to be an effective part of this transition. We will continue to stand with our mother, Archbishop Apostle Eunor, our father Apostle Dr Joseph Guti and the two Apostles, Mishael Nyambo and Dr Steve Simukai.
Conclusion
Scotland Province might be small in size but mighty in heart and serving a big God. We praise and thank the God of Ezekiel for all His blessings and for remaining gracious to His children. We are confident that 2024 will be a year with bigger, greater, mightier blessings than we have already seen or even believed possible.

YORKSHIRE PROVINCE
Introduction
The province is under the leadership of Overseers Calisto & Sikhanyisiwe Manyati and Pastors Blessing & Cleo Mutingwa, assisted by a powerful team of Pastors, Elders and Deacons. We adopted the vision of ONE UNITED YORKSHIRE which led us to numerical, spiritual and financial growth.
Prayer
----- Start of picture text -----
OVERSEERS C & S MANYATI
----- End of picture text -----
We do daily morning prayers at 4am. Our prayer conventions were successful and had the National Administrator Apostle Osca & Overseer Cecilia Zezani for the June convention and the whole month. We had a great week of prayer and fasting end of November.
Leadership Seminars
Two leadership seminars were held where one of them had the Secretary General Apostle Nyambo who grounded the leadership during the transition period.
Home Talents
There was notable growth in the understanding of Home Talents as demonstrated by great enthusiasm and participation from our Youth and Young Adults. Great testimonies were shared of houses built, farms purchased, houses bought both in the UK and abroad, as well as cash savings.
Church Growth
N ew Assemblies
Wakefield Assembly was reopened in March, Lincoln Assembly officially opened in September, York Assembly in October. Brighouse Assembly had closed end of 2022 and two assemblies, Bradford and Huddersfield have been birthed from it. All of them continue to witness consistent growth, so much that Huddersfield believers can no longer fit in their venue, whilst Bradford are now filling the current venue which is quite big.
As taught and encouraged by Archbishop Apostle Eunor Guti at the July National Big Sunday to take the church to the people, we are praying for more assemblies in Lincolnshire, Scarborough, Durham and Carlisle. The big cities of Sheffield and Leeds are also being encouraged to give birth to second assemblies.
Provincial Centre Building
Major repairs and maintenance works have been undertaken to meet compliance and as per Health and Safety requirements. There are no more leaks from the roof after it was repaired as well as the gutters. The electricity and gas works have been completed, fire doors have been fitted including clearly marked fire exit signs, assembly points and extinguishers around the building. New windows have been fitted, the floors redone and benches replaced with chairs.
Ministries activities and special occasions
Child Evangelism
CE had a successful Camp Meeting in October, where 115 children took part. The children from abroad were privileged to make friends in their new environment and be taught about “Life in UK”.
Youth & Young Adults
2023 has been the most active year for this ministry and the province now has very active and participating members, empowered by vibrant Boys Ministry & Girls Ministry. On going provincial activities include Youth Big Sundays, get togethers, Girls Night Fellowships and Boys meetings. A Youth Sports Day and 3 successful music concerts were done during the year.
Go Quickly & Tell
A 3-day Prayer Retreat was held in March at the Provincial Centre, attended by between 70 and 102. The province had the honour to host Overseer Cecelia Zezani as the speaker for Big Tuesday in June, where she taught about being a kingdom wife. The number of women attending Big Tuesday Prayer has doubled since then.
Men of Integrity (MOI)
The men have started Saturday prayers at the Leeds Church.
KMD
The ministry is very active and continues to grow. It has given joy to children coming from abroad where the ministry has been active for many years.
Water Baptism
30 saints from Young Generation to Adults were baptised
Finance
We noted a remarkable increase in our tithes, not only in figures but also in the number of people tithing. We are also seeing church leaders taking the burden in the ZAOGA – FIF way of giving, where individuals, families and groups partner with the province financially to meet some of the needs. These include air tickets, venue rentals, purchase of music equipment and supporting new arrivals from abroad.
Conclusion
We continue to pray for our mother Archbishop Apostle Eunor Guti and the three Apostles. We believe that the covenant of God with our father Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H Guti will continue to be established. Yorkshire will move from glory to glory by His grace.

MINISTERIAL & DEPARTMENTS REPORTS Pag• 20
CHILD EVANGELISM MINISTRY
Introduction
The Ministry is led by National Director, Pastor Phyllis Burke, assisted by Pastor Kundai Chibwana, Pastor Lisa Dongo who recently joined ministry, and a National Board chaired by Elder S Shumirai, through a vibrant pastorate team, teachers and friends of the Ministry. The National CE Board was reinstated and recharged to continue with the work through the transition period. This report shares our national overview, progress, challenges and future plans. We experienced a great loss when our father was promoted to glory, which impacted a lot of children. The teachers gave us an understanding to appreciate the era that the bondservant of God had been among us and the legacy he has left.
2023 saw national growth through children coming from oversees which also brought excitement in all our events. Despite the challenging circumstances beyond anyone’s control, the teachers had to solder on with the children’s services, teaching the word of God so that they will not depart from it when they grow.
National Overview
The reinstated National Board might not have met physically but saw the hand of God through the interactive meetings, teachings and services. Decentralisation of activities and conferences to zones and provinces was encouraged. KMD has continued to grow as they participate in many gatherings and been enhanced by the experienced children from overseas.
Provincial Activities
Provincial and Regional Big Sundays ensured that children’s church services take place, covering topics and teachings from the word of God which ground the children. The return of decentralised programmes included conferences, day trips and outdoor activities. The children actively take on roles as forerunners, MCs, praise and worship, ushering, hosting, participation in drama and reciting memory verses.
Not every province has venues with designated rooms for children’s church running separately from the adult’s church. Regardless, the children still attend their Sunday services without dedicated facilities. We can therefore clearly see that the Children’s Church was our father’s desire and vision for them.
KMD (Kingdom and Dance Ministry) is led by Elder Obert Mazivisa and has been a success since its launch in 2022. Their successful and joyful performances at various gatherings are a result of dedication and commitment from teachers, parents and children themselves.
2024 PLans
Closing remarks
Through the unwavering support of our pastors, parents and guardians, we look forward to doing great exploits and plan to hold the following events:-
- National Young Generation Conference in April 2024 Teacher’s Training Seminar in March 2024 Parents Seminar in July 2024 Relaunch of the ODC Fund Compose a first UK KMD song
There has been improvements since the pandemic as teachers and children are more confident in arranging meetings and conferences.
Although there has been an increase in membership through new teachers and children from oversees, we have noticed some inconsistency in church attendance and availability due to work commitments.
This is an exciting and growing ministry; we thank God for all who have faithfully availed themselves for His work. God is giving us speakers, Pastors, parents and guardians who continue to support, guide and pray for us in this transition period.

We thank God for continuous growth of the ministry due to influx of new arrivals from abroad and a proportion from across the nation who are converting. Glory to the God of our father, Ezekiel Guti.
National Conference
We had a very powerful conference in Leicester, one of its kind with over 100 boys in attendance from 27th to 29th October. There were various speakers including university lecturers, social workers, teachers and entrepreneurs. Workshops were organized according to age groups for relevant and ageappropriate teachings {Workshop 1 (15-19) and Workshop 2 (20+)}. Topics covered career path, selfcare, business, GCSE/A Level options and marriage preparation, followed by combined workshops where advisors had ample time to answer questions and share their wisdom. The importance of knowing the God of our father Ezekiel Guti was shared by the National Pastor.
It was indeed a unique conference, graced by Dr Winston Jaricha who shared powerfully on the fear of God as a young man, desiring to be a true disciple of our father Ezekiel Guti. Dr Jaricha ministered a word of deliverance that changed the conference atmosphere with a great move of the Holy Spirit as many began to pray, cry and being prayed for. NATIONAL GIRLS MINISTRY REPORT
introduction
The membership in the 8 provinces of UK is made up of girls from 15 years old. Every province is run by boards that include Pastor, Advisor, Chairperson & vice, Secretary & vice as well as committee members. Every provincial chairlady then becomes a National Steering Board member, which also includes the National Girls Advisor, the Coordination Chairperson and the National Girls Director.
The National Organising Committee, comprising all provincial boards, all girls’ pastors and girls’ advisors, ensures e+ective communication at every level. In this transition season, the ministry celebrates “A Life Well Lived” after our father, Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H Guti was promoted to glory, leaving us a big God and a great legacy. He often referred to the GOQ as his friends and some travelled to Harare for the Home Going Celebrations as a demonstration of the love for our father. We promise not only to walk the vision but to run with it. We are pleased to report that provincial events took place to engage the girl child, through services, prayers, brunch outings and Christmas dinners being planned to close the year
Year in review
Year in ReviewThe girls started the year with a bang, with 31 days of prayer and fasting, which continued throughout the year with 10pm prayer sessions. We saw our numbers grow through prayer and encouragement from powerful speakers.
-
The first national event was in March in Wales with the Director Overseer Cecilia Zezani and guest speakers, Overseer Talent Mayemu and Pastor Shami Mwale. The teachings centered on Isaiah 58, followed by pouring out during the faith clinic. The great move of God during the retreat brought great joy and expectation to the coming conference.
-
The National Conference was held in October at EGCC and over 250 girls were overjoyed to have our mother, Archbishop Professor Eunor Guti as the main speaker. The planning team staged an exciting programme with guest artists and speakers who taught on critical topics like prayer, mental health, substance abuse and grooming. We were highly favoured to lead the concluding National Big Sunday with the guidance from our National Director Overseer C Zezani, our pastors and advisors. Their belief in all the departments to execute and deliver a quality service is much appreciated.
-
We started to encourage the girls to join Go Quickly Tuesday prayers in their regions and many have been attending. A lot of girls also logged into the Todays Woman conference in September.

National Youth & Young Adults Big Sunday
A Big Sunday was held on Sunday 30 April 2023, with UK National Youth Directors Overseers Manyati at the Ezekiel Guti Convention Centre, Birmingham. The theme was “Rooted in Christ: Set your affection on things above,” based on Colossians 2:7, “Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness” (NLT). It was a powerful day in the Lord’s presence, with vibrant items presented by each province, and it was very well attended, with some regions hiring coaches to enable their youth and young adults to come in their numbers. A total of 485 people were counted in attendance.
UK Youth & Young Adults Celebrate: A life lived well
The youth and young adults ministry joined the ZAOGA Forward in Faith family in celebrating the life and legacy of Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H Guti. Page 25
National Education Symposium
We held a National Education Symposium in September 2023 to prepare for the new academic year. With the numerous pathways and options available in the UK education system, the purpose of the three sessions was to help students make the right educational choices and to help parents/guardians know the best ways to support their children. We believe that from the teachings given by several speakers acquainted with the national education system many parents/guardians were equipped to champion their children’s success, and children were encouraged to strive in their education through current and former students sharing their experiences.
Missions
The Youth for the Nations continued to stand in partnership with our father by working Missions in June, under the theme “KingdomMissions@75”.
Weddings
God has been faithful in hearing our prayers and are grateful to have shared the joy of all our brothers and sisters who wedded this year. Our leaders continue to encourage us to cling to the God of our father, to be a youth that fears God, walking upright and continue believing for more marriages and weddings.
Provincial Updates
Updates and images submitted by Scotland, North West, North London, South London and Yorkshire Provinces: -
Scotland Province
The Youth have picked up momentum since the last national event attended this April. They continue to house a Youth Connect Forum (now into its third year) on Thursday evenings and have invited assemblies in England to join. This is a platform where the youth gather virtually to pray, fellowship and discuss issues they face as young people, how they affect their faith and walk with Christ. They have hosted 2 Provincial big Sundays, the Easter conference, a GOQ fellowship and Assembly-level Big Sundays across the province. Some members got baptised during the Easter conference. They continue to get support and
encouragement from Advisors and Youth Pastors, Pastors Gunha.
The Scotland Youth and Young Adults actively attend local and national events in numbers. They take a major role in participating in church departments and leadership positions especially after the Church Standards teachings received from Pastor Shami Mwale in April. More activities are planned to encourage engagement and fellowship across the province to keep momentum with the active Boys and Girls ministries. They continue to welcome new members, encourage more participation in weekly prayers, home cell groups and Sunday services.
“By God’s grace we celebrated 3 university graduations and a wedding. We continue to do our best and to excel as a Christ Ignited Youth. We also continue to meet in person as much as we can and virtually to fellowship, pray, celebrate or even just to check on one another. We are always grateful for the support that comes from our Advisors, Youth Pastors and the ever-hardworking Provincial Youth Board.”
North London Province
They have been active mostly online, holding prayer every Thursday night and a youth member giving a word of encouragement during the session.
Super North Region youth held a concert, “The Centenary Experience” with several guest musical artists on 13th May to celebrate the life of our father. As a province they had a 3-day conference in October with Overseers EJ and K Chibwana as guest speakers. Friday was online with 43 gadgets, a concert with guest artists on Saturday attended by 50, then closed with a Youth & Young Adults Big Sunday which featured four youth forerunners attended by over 100.
“It was a powerful conference where above all else, the joy of the Lord was present. People were delivered and danced like never before during the concert. We hope to do more things like this going forward
Page 26
North West Province
The youth have been and are encouraged to continue participating in assembly activities and maintain visibility in the ministry. Peniel Region Youth hosted a fellowship BBQ at their Overseer's house and were encouraged by the Youth Advisors Mr & Mrs Woyo, Pastor Lorraine and the Overseers. They attended the National Big Sunday at EGCC in April, continue to participate in national and zonal youth activities, such as the “back to school” online seminars hosted at national level.
Manchester Assembly host virtual weekly bible studies that are open to all members within the province, had their first physical bible study and fellowship hosted by Deacons Mr & Mrs Makore in August.
The Girls Ministry meet bimonthly virtually for prayer and have also held their first ‘Girl Talk’ session with the Advisors and Girls Pastor with more than 20 devices logged in. Regarding upcoming events, Peniel Region youth have planned a get together and a big Sunday in November which will be held at the Provincial Centre.
Challenges faced in the year include lack of response and engagement from some youth, with low attendance at events compared to the number of youth members. Transport is also a challenge for most youth in the province.
“We pray to see the ministry grow and reach its full potential. Youth are facing so many challenges in this nation and this is a matter of urgency as we do not want to continue losing more youth to the world. We pray that the church at large would have the burden for the youth ministry just as our father Archbishop Apostle Ezekiel H Guti, as we work towards carrying on his legacy. We continue to urge our parents and leadership to support the ministry as it is such a large ministry that cannot flourish without the support, guidance and wisdom of our leaders.”
South London Province
Since April the Youth and Young Adults have been cultivating the grassroots congregation from assembly to provincial level, achieved through weekly sessions held in both regions. They have also endeavored to encourage youth to participate in main church activities (prayers, meetings and church services) as well as zonal and national youth services.
Their first Youth Big Sunday hosted International Youth Director, Overseer Cals Manyati as part of his field trip, Provincial Youth Pastors Sande, Youth Advisors and Leaders from their respective regions. The service was a great success, attended by 109 with all departments being led by the youth. The word by the Director was themed ‘Living with a purpose’ and he explained the important history of Forward in Faith Ministries International, how God walked with our father Ezekiel Guti to carry the gospel to many nations.
To celebrate our father Ezekiel Guti’s 100th birthday, the Youth organised an interactive quiz/trivia night which was not only fun and competitive, but also successfully challenged the youth around the history of our church and the life of our father Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H Guti. At a Fellowship Night which included discussion, games, sharing amongst young people on how they coped during the mourning/celebration period, Elder Dr Dzobo encouragement them to remain prayerful and seeking God just as our father did. He also shared a testimony on his life journey as a young person as a way of encouraging them to live a life that pleases God.
Upcoming events include a youth-led all-night prayer and worship event aimed at reviving young people’s prayer life and relationship with God. The dedicated youth worship team will be working alongside the intercession team to invite the spirit of God (Psalms 85 vs 6: will you not revive us again that your people may rejoice in you). As a buildup to the event, the Outreach Team spent a day spreading awareness and sharing the news to the general public in the area through event flyers.
A private dinner party has also been planned to celebrate the Christmas season and encourage fellowship amongst the young people.
Page 27
“The blessing and favour of the Lord has been over SLP Youth and Young Adults since April 2023, under the guidance of provincial youth pastors, Pastors Sande and Overseers Gombakomba. Provincial youth advisors, Elders Patience and Adonis Sithole, have provided overwhelming support and motivation to do the work of the Lord.”
National Youth Conference (24-26 November 2023)
It started with a youth worship night which was a great experience. There was intense prayer, healing and Holy Spirit Baptism on that Friday night. Elder Mrs Mutambira shared about how she didn’t understand the saying "God of Ezekiel" and led many youths into that understanding that ended with faith clinic. The Friday service was attended by 273 and the Saturday Christmas Ball a great event with 350 youth in attendance. Powerful youth preachers featured throughout the conference with a relay of 7 who preached with the International Youth Director Overseer Manyati on Sunday. The God of Ezekiel revealed himself in a mighty way, with great deliverance and healing taking place. This conference revealed the maturity of the youth leadership through organising such a great conference that invited 430 youth on the Sunday.
Closing Remarks & Prayer Request
Our 2023 achievements could only be possible through the support given by our advisors, Pastors and parents. We appreciate this support and request for continued prayers, for us to grow holistically to be a people that fear the Lord and are fully committed to the things of God. We very much desire to have good relationships with our parents, families, leaders and peers.

GENERAL REMARKS
2023 was eventful, more so with the promotion to glory of our beloved father, Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H. Guti. Women continued to be actively involved in various activities, meeting more physically and less virtually. There was an increase in membership through arrivals from abroad, soul winning and one-on-one invitations mainly within the local Zimbabwean community. It is very encouraging that other nationalities are also joining.
HIGHLIGHTS
MUM@50 was celebrated in January, in honour of Archbishop Professor Eunor Guti for her commitment in serving God’s kingdom alongside our father. People met in their different nations as they were able to, to celebrate the grand event of our role model of godly womanhood, true discipleship to the vision and doctrine of the church of God.
The Centenarian (100 years) Celebrations
Go Quickly Ministry was part of many members of the UK congregation who joined the rest of the FIFMI family for the May 14th gigantic international Centenary Celebrations of our dear father, Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H. Guti at AMFCC Harare. It was all colourful and joy unspeakable with baba’s children in Centenary regalia and graced by many dignitaries including the Honourable, President of Zimbabwe Dr. E D Mnangagwa.
Promotion to Glory On 5th July we received the news of the promotion to glory of our dear father, the Founder and Visionary of ZAOGA Forward in Faith Ministries International, Apostle Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H. Guti. An undesirable dream, a great loss to the family and church at large, with 30 days of mourning being declared as well as him being conferred with national hero status by President Mnangagwa on July 26th. The UK Female Pastors travelled to Zimbabwe for the Home Going Celebrations which were held from 3rd to 5th August then to Bindura where our father was laid to rest.
PRAYER
Female Pastors
They gathered in Leicester for January 10 days of Prayer and Fasting with the International Director Dr. La-Verne Simukai as their main speaker, who ministered powerfully from Isaiah 58. It was a time of cleansing, sanctifying themselves, mending broken relationships, praying for our father and mother and the work of God.
Prayer Retreats held around the nation rekindled the Isaiah 58 teachings from the Pastors’ Deeper Life. The sessions were rebuking and inspiring.
Intercessory Tuesday Prayers continued for the work of God, for the Apostle & Servant of God, Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H. Guti, our mother Archbishop Professor Eunor Guti and the three Apostles appointed before our father was promoted to glory.
In July we zoomed in together with the international church where our International Director, Dr. Laverne Simukai shared to encourage and console the Church; to be steadfast in the faith and to continue in the legacy our father had left. The blanket of sorrow was turned into joy and celebration.
We appreciate and love the visit to the UK by our mum, Archbishop Professor Eunor Guti and our lives can never remain the same. The visit was concluded with a virtual National Big Tuesday on 31st October with 690 gadgets logged in.

Home Talents were worked as families with many testimonies being shared at various platforms, by people who bought houses, opened businesses, bought cars, some engaging in farming and mining. Those who managed to save money in Community Accounts shared the proceeds in October and November. Working Home Talents empowered and delivered the women from the spirit of poverty.
Glamorous Ball Dinners were organised at exquisite venues by some provinces and end of year Christmas parties also on the cards.
LADIES MEETING (CHINA)
All the Provinces held Ladies Meetings with topics that included Good Parenting Skills, Creating Good Relationships with in-laws, Mental Health, Bedroom Issues, Etiquette, Life in the UK for the New Arrivals, How to be Loving Wives.
FINANCE
The Ministry had a stable income throughout the year through women who understand the working of projects and are generous in giving towards the work, making the work lighter. The income has met all the obligations.
PLANS FOR 2024

CONCLUSION
We thank the God of our father Archbishop Apostle Professor Ezekiel H. Guti for 2023, for bringing many women from abroad and adding new souls into the Ministry. We pray that every woman in the UK will remain steadfast in the teachings and doctrine of our Church towards serving God all the time.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
INTRODUCTION
Th e National Council, National Executive, School Council and all the students of the United Kingdom Multination for Christ College pay tribute to our father, the Apostle and Servant of God Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H. Guti for the Bible School amongst all the innumerable achievements of his life. We started 2023 very well but as is the case with all of us, the promotion to glory of our father on 5th July 2023 left a big dent in our hearts. Some of the highlights of the year are detailed below.
2023 CLASS LAUNCH
On 11th February we witnessed the launch of the 2023 class with 58 students in attendance. Two powerful introductory lectures were delivered, namely Bible Synthesis and Deliverance, with a purpose of giving the students a taste of the school.
40 of these students have gone through their first year and will be sitting their end of first year examination in January 2024.
END OF COURSE EXAMINATIONS
On 22ndJanuary the final year class sat their end of year examinations, conducted online and the marking done automatically on our Google based system.
23 of these students were due to graduate this August at the Europe Deeper Life Conference which did not take place due to the home going celebrations for our father.
JANUARY 2024 EXAMS
A total of 40 1st year students will sit their 1st year mock exams. Another 30 students (2022 – 2024 cohort) will be sitting their final year examination.

Teacher training sessions.
-
School site improvements and launch of new site. Graduation.
CHALLENGES & PRAYER REQUESTS
We are asking for prayers for the school to produce graduates that will make a difference in their communities and win souls for the kingdom of God.
We ask for prayers that the school enrolment may grow even bigger and that our current leaders realise the need to attend.
We are believing God for UK graduates that will go on to enrol for fulltime ministry.
ONLINE CLASSES
The school uses the Zoom App for all lessons. Students and teachers receive the annual school calendar in advance showing when classes will be held during the year. There are 2 classes running at any given time during the year, Year 1 and Year 2.
2022 - 2023 final year class have finished their syllabus and waiting to write the final exam in January 2024. Classes continued in 2023 with very consistent attendance. Most teachers use PowerPoint presentations to deliver the lectures, as assignments are also given out for students to do further research.
2023 UKMFCC GRADUATION
This graduation was postponed as already mentioned though the preparations had reached an advanced stage, gowns ordered and all the officiating guests contacted. The students had all paid their graduation and course fees, now to be part of the 2024 graduating class.

NATIONAL FINANCE REPORT
The Archbishop’s Promotion to Glory
On the 5th of July 2023, the bond servant and apostle of Jesus Christ, Archbishop Professor Ezekiel H Guti was promoted to glory. As the National Finance Board, we were honoured to support the “Celebration of a Life Well Lived” series of events held in August in Zimbabwe. We supported all our fulltime workers who joined the rest of the world in thanking God during the Home Going Celebrations. “For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption”. Acts 13 v 36
Financial Overview
2023 has been a productive and progressive year for the UK. We successfully financed the cash purchase of a place of worship in Manchester, to the northwest of England. We are pleased to report good tithe expenditure control that has resulted in a surplus of more than £240k for the 6 months between April and September 2023 compared to the same period in 2022. Tithe income in 2023 continues to exceed expenditure which sends a positive message on the sustainability of the church in the United Kingdom.
The top three contributors to national tithe income in 2023 were GMP, NLP and SLP. As shown in the trend charts above, there’s variation in provincial spending habits. Looking at the latest data points in September, the top three tithe expenditure was in NLP, Yorkshire and SLP. We expect to understand a more complete picture at the end of the financial year in March 2024, but the trajectory is encouraging. NWP, Ireland and Scotland present the largest opportunity for financial growth as their contribution to the national income and expenditure in 2023 has been approximately 3% and 4% respectively, on average.
The UK continued to provide financial support to ZEGU and Mbuya Dorcas Hospital. We thank the God of Ezekiel for the guidance, leadership, and prayers of our mother Archbishop Professor Eunor Guti and the three Apostles, Dr Joseph Joe Guti, Apostle M. Nyambo and Apostle Dr. S. Simukai.
Board Composition
There were no changes to the structure of our national finance board as shown below:
Tithing
A comparative analysis of closing balances at the end of September 2023 versus opening balances on the 1st April 2023 reveals that the strongest growth in net income was reported by GMP (60%), NLP (52%), SLP (72%), YSP (27%), Ireland (70%) and Scotland (14%). The steepest decline was reported by NWP (-229%) and EEP (-27%).
All provinces reported a surplus at the end of Month 6, and we look forward to a strong closing position if current trends are maintained up to the end of the financial year. Please note that Ireland has a known challenge with remitting tithes from Dublin due Brexit complications.
NB: This analysis ignores freewill offering and other funds belonging to each province
Page 34
External Audits
We continue to comply with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We are also pleased to report that our books of accounts were audited on time and will follow the recommendations from our auditors
5.National Finance Symposiums and Provincial Finance Seminars
From 31st March to 2nd of April 2023, we held a national finance symposium as part of our collaboration with provincial finance committees and the National Executive Board. This was great opportunity to network, share knowledge and begin a new financial year together in one accord.
The National Finance Committee delivered training to provincial committees including Scotland (15th April 2023), East England Province (29th April 2023), Greater Midlands Province (19th – 20th May 2023), Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man (26th – 27th May 2023), South London Province (23rd September 2023). We met with key stakeholders from the EGCC Management Committee, EGCC Building Committee, North West Province to support, advise and provide financial oversight.
On 2nd December 2023 we supported East Midlands and West Midlands Provinces with the election of their new provincial finance committees, following the restructure of Greater Midlands Province. The table below gives more information on the recent and current provincial structures:
We had the honour to meet with the Deputy Secretary General of FIFMI, Apostle Dr. Steve Simukai on the 15th September 2023 at our national office. This was a unique opportunity for impartation of wisdom and strategic direction in the appropriate application of the Forward in Faith Guidance, Rules and Policy as well as the Finance Policy, Rules and Guidelines. We look forward to a prosperous 2024

REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2023
STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES' RESPONSIBILITIES - continued
Company law requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charitable company and of the incoming resources and application of resources, including the income and expenditure, of the charitable company for that period. In preparing those financial statements, the trustees are required to
-
select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently;
-
observe the methods and principles in the Charity SORP;
-
make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent;
-
state whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subject to any material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements;
-
prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the charitable company will continue in business.
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charitable company and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Companies Act 2006. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charitable company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
In so far as the trustees are aware:
-
there is no relevant audit information of which the charitable company's auditors are unaware; and
-
the trustees have taken all steps that they ought to have taken to make themselves aware of any relevant audit information and to establish that the auditors are aware of that information.
AUDITORS
The auditors, E Dessai & Co Limited, will be proposed for re-appointment at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

REPORT OF THE INDEPENDENT AUDITORS TO THE MEMBERS OF FORWARD IN FAITH CHURCH INTERNATIONAL INCORPORATED
Opinion
We have audited the financial statements of FORWARD IN FAITH CHURCH INTERNATIONAL INCORPORATED (the 'charitable company') for the year ended 31 March 2023 which comprise the Statement of Financial Activities, the Balance Sheet, the Cash Flow Statement and notes to the financial statements, including a summary of significant accounting policies. The financial reporting framework that has been applied in their preparation is applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
In our opinion the financial statements:
-
give a true and fair view of the state of the charitable company's affairs as at 31 March 2023 and of its incoming resources and application of resources, including its income and expenditure, for the year then ended;
-
have been properly prepared in accordance with United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice; and
-
have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006.
Basis for opinion
We conducted our audit in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (UK) (ISAs (UK)) and applicable law. Our responsibilities under those standards are further described in the Auditors' responsibilities for the audit of the financial statements section of our report. We are independent of the charitable company in accordance with the ethical requirements that are relevant to our audit of the financial statements in the UK, including the FRC's Ethical Standard, and we have fulfilled our other ethical responsibilities in accordance with these requirements. We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for our opinion.
Conclusions relating to going concern
In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the trustees' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate.
Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the charitable company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.
Our responsibilities and the responsibilities of the trustees with respect to going concern are described in the relevant sections of this report.
Other information
The trustees are responsible for the other information. The other information comprises the information included in the Annual Report, other than the financial statements and our Report of the Independent Auditors thereon.
Our opinion on the financial statements does not cover the other information and, except to the extent otherwise explicitly stated in our report, we do not express any form of assurance conclusion thereon.
In connection with our audit of the financial statements, our responsibility is to read the other information and, in doing so, consider whether the other information is materially inconsistent with the financial statements or our knowledge obtained in the audit or otherwise appears to be materially misstated. If we identify such material inconsistencies or apparent material misstatements, we are required to determine whether this gives rise to a material misstatement in the financial statements themselves. If, based on the work we have performed, we conclude that there is a material misstatement of this other information, we are required to report that fact. We have nothing to report in this regard.
Opinions on other matters prescribed by the Companies Act 2006
In our opinion, based on the work undertaken in the course of the audit:
-
the information given in the Report of the Trustees for the financial year for which the financial statements are prepared is consistent with the financial statements; and
-
the Report of the Trustees has been prepared in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Page 3
REPORT OF THE INDEPENDENT AUDITORS TO THE MEMBERS OF FORWARD IN FAITH CHURCH INTERNATIONAL INCORPORATED
Matters on which we are required to report by exception
In the light of the knowledge and understanding of the charitable company and its environment obtained in the course of the audit, we have not identified material misstatements in the Report of the Trustees.
We have nothing to report in respect of the following matters where the Companies Act 2006 requires us to report to you if, in our opinion:
-
adequate accounting records have not been kept or returns adequate for our audit have not been received from branches not visited by us; or
-
the financial statements are not in agreement with the accounting records and returns; or
-
certain disclosures of trustees' remuneration specified by law are not made; or
-
we have not received all the information and explanations we require for our audit.
Responsibilities of trustees
As explained more fully in the Statement of Trustees' Responsibilities, the trustees (who are also the directors of the charitable company for the purposes of company law) are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements and for being satisfied that they give a true and fair view, and for such internal control as the trustees determine is necessary to enable the preparation of financial statements that are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error.
In preparing the financial statements, the trustees are responsible for assessing the charitable company's ability to continue as a going concern, disclosing, as applicable, matters related to going concern and using the going concern basis of accounting unless the trustees either intend to liquidate the charitable company or to cease operations, or have no realistic alternative but to do so.
Our responsibilities for the audit of the financial statements
Our objectives are to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue a Report of the Independent Auditors that includes our opinion. Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance, but is not a guarantee that an audit conducted in accordance with ISAs (UK) will always detect a material misstatement when it exists. Misstatements can arise from fraud or error and are considered material if, individually or in the aggregate, they could reasonably be expected to influence the economic decisions of users taken on the basis of these financial statements.
The extent to which our procedures are capable of detecting irregularities, including fraud is detailed below:
-
Enquiry of management and those charged with governance around actual and potential litigation and claims;
-
Performing audit work over the risk of management override of controls, including testing of journal entries and other adjustments for appropriateness, evaluating the business rationale of significant transaction outside the normal course of business and reviewing accounting estimates for bias;
-
Reviewing minute of meetings of those charged with governance;
-
Reviewing financial statement disclosures and testing to supporting documentation to assess compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Because of the inherent limitations of an audit, there is a risk that we will not detect all irregularities, including those leading to a material misstatement in the financial statements or non-compliance with regulation. This risk increases the more the compliance with a law or regulation is removed from the events and transactions reflected in the financial statements, as we will be less likely to become aware of instances of non-compliance. The risk is also greater regarding irregularities occurring due to fraud rather than error, as fraud involves international concealment, forgery, collusion, omission or misrepresentation.
A further description of our responsibilities for the audit of the financial statements is located on the Financial Reporting Council's website at www.frc.org.uk/auditorsresponsibilities. This description forms part of our Report of the Independent Auditors.

Use of our report
This report is made solely to the charitable company's members, as a body, in accordance with Chapter 3 of Part 16 of the Companies Act 2006. Our audit work has been undertaken so that we might state to the charitable company's members those matters we are required to state to them in an auditors' report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the charitable company and the charitable company's members as a body, for our audit work, for this report, or for the opinions we have formed.

In preparing those financial statements, the trustees are required to
-
select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently;
-
observe the methods and principles in the Charity SORP;
-
make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent;
-
state whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subject to any material departures disclosed and explained in the financial statements;
-
prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the charitable company will continue in business.
Report of the trustees, incorporating a strategic report, approved by order of the board of trustees, as the company directors, on ............................................. and signed on the board's behalf by:

-
give a true and fair view of the state of the charitable company's affairs as at 31 March 2023 and of its incoming resources and application of resources, including its income and expenditure, for the year then ended;
-
have been properly prepared in accordance with United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice; and
-
have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006.
-
Enquiry of management and those charged with governance around actual and potential litigation and claims;
-
Performing audit work over the risk of management override of controls, including testing of journal entries and other adjustments for appropriateness, evaluating the business rationale of significant transaction outside the normal course of business and reviewing accounting estimates for bias;
-
Reviewing minute of meetings of those charged with governance;
-
Reviewing financial statement disclosures and testing to supporting documentation to assess compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

All income is recognised in the Statement of Financial Activities once the charity has entitlement to the funds, it is probable that the income will be received and the amount can be measured reliably.
Expenditure
Liabilities are recognised as expenditure as soon as there is a legal or constructive obligation committing the charity to that expenditure, it is probable that a transfer of economic benefits will be required in settlement and the amount of the obligation can be measured reliably. Expenditure is accounted for on an accruals basis and has been classified under headings that aggregate all cost related to the category. Where costs cannot be directly attributed to particular headings they have been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the use of resources.
Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
Musical Instrument - 25% on reducing balance Furniture & Fittings - 25% on reducing balance Office equipment - 25% on reducing balance
Taxation
The charity is exempt from corporation tax on its charitable activities.
Fund accounting
Unrestricted funds can be used in accordance with the charitable objectives at the discretion of the trustees.
Restricted funds can only be used for particular restricted purposes within the objects of the charity. Restrictions arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for particular restricted purposes.
Further explanation of the nature and purpose of each fund is included in the notes to the financial statements.
Hire purchase and leasing commitments
Rentals paid under operating leases are charged to the Statement of Financial Activities on a straight line basis over the period of the lease.
Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits
The charitable company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the charitable company's pension scheme are charged to the Statement of Financial Activities in the period to which they relate.
