|||||||three months,<br>and usually<br>only leave once|
|||||||they have secured a paid legal position|
|||||||elsewhere. Each ofour volunteers|
|||||||contributes<br>one full day per week and the|
|||||||work they undertake<br>counts towards their|
|||||||qualifying<br>work experience<br>should they|
|||||||pursue the new solicitors SQE qualification.|

|rise to abuses or neglect will not be|

|The charity has focussed most of its efforts|
|on the pre-action stages ofclaims. Thus,|
|we have submitted<br>numerous<br>LBAs, and|
|regularly<br>send detailed correspondence<br>to|
|Governors<br>outliming the various injustices|
|faced by our clients. We have taken many|
|cases to the Prison and Probation|
|Gmbudsmian<br>for investigation.<br>,Further,|
|when we deem the merits ofa case justify|
|Iitigation, we issue cases in the county|
|courts. Nfe have instructed<br>medical experts|
|and barriisters to help In some eases.|
|Throughout<br>the process safeguarding<br>and|
|safer custody are ofthe upmost importance|
|and immediate<br>steps.are takin to ensure|
|their wellbeing<br>is maintained.<br>We engage<br>with adult social care and Se independent|
