Financial Review
In the Trustees’ view, the reserves should provide the charity with adequate financial stability and the means for it to meet its charitable objectives for the foreseeable future.
Whilst the charity is still in its early stages of growth, the trustees propose to get to a level, over the medium term, to maintain the charity’s reserves at a level which is at least equivalent to 12 months operational expenditure.
The trustees review the amount of reserves that are required to ensure that they are adequate to fulfil the charity’s continuing obligations on a quarterly basis at their finance meeting.
Accounts Preparation
The Trustees confirm that the accounts comply with current statutory requirements and with those of the governing instrument.
Approved and signed on behalf of the trustees on 21 April 2022.
Chairperson Mrs Kirti Thakrar
