**Objects:** TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY OF CORNWALL AND THE WIDER SOUTH WEST OF ENGLAND REGION WHO ARE RECOVERING FROM TRAUMA AND RECENT DISABILITY BY USING COUNSELLING, SPORT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AS A TOOL TO BRING ABOUT POSITIVE CHANGE AND ASSIST THEM WITH THEIR REHABILITATION.

**Activities:** PROVIDING SUPPORT SERVICES, PROGRAMMES AND ACTIVITIES TO ALLOW PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH PROBLEMS TO LIFE LIFE TO THE FULL.
