Aim to increase the proportion of disabled people employed by the UK contact centre industry, and show why disability diversity within a contact centre is a solution for the best of all worlds.We encourage fair & practical recruitment processes to enable the creation of flexible roles that can be fulfilled either from home, from a dedicated hub or within the central contact centre.
