To attend generally to the welfare of all boxer dogs in England in need of care, attention and or rehoming. 

**Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document** 

To assist and support members of the community who find themselves unable to meet the needs of their boxer dog. To promote kindness to animals, encouraging and educating on responsible pet ownership. To supress and actively discourage cruelty and neglect of animals. To establish a series of foster homes, or to provide funding for the use of commercial kennels and training facilities where needed, for stray and unwanted boxer dogs. To provide care for them until they are rehomed or indefinitely when rehoming not possible. 

To co-operate with and establish working arrangements with similar charities or organisations who share the same aims.

The rescue, treatment and rehoming of boxer dogs whose ownership has been relinquished to the charity from owners/keepers in England and Wales, particularly in the North of England. All trustees are willing to act as trustees of the organisation named above and none are prevented from acting as a trustee.

Section D                      Achievements and performance 

We have successfully rescued a number of boxer dogs whose owners **Summary of the main** were no longer able, or no longer willing, to care for them. We have **achievements of the charity** provided necessary veterinary care to most of the dogs and arranged **during the year** safe, secure and caring homes for them to move to. We have provided help and support to boxer owners in order to prevent their dogs ending up in rescue and post-adoption support to new owners. We make followup contact with new owner/s to ensure the placement is successful and that both the dog and new owner/s are happy and safe.

charity ('the Trust.) for the year ended 0510412024.
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
('the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
