**Objects:** The charity?s objects (?Objects?) are specifically restricted to the following, in each case for the public benefit: 1.1 To promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment and specifically but without prejudice to the generality of this object, the metropolitan open land open spaces and other sites in Barnes, South West London and surrounding areas. 1.2 To advance the education of the public in the study of ecology and wild life generally and the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment, including the study of heathlands and acid grasslands.

**Activities:** To promote the conservation, protection and enhancement of the physical and natural environment of metropolitan open spaces and public sites in Barnes and surrounding areas including the LNR's of Barnes Common and Leg O'Mutton reservoir and the recreation ground at Vine Road.To promote community engagement along with education for all in the study of the environment, ecology and conservation.
