b} Res&rves
The charivs principal source of fundin9 includes those of National lottery , Lancaster council , Morecambe
town council, Thermos Fisher , Red Rose Recovery. Lancaster University, University of Cumbria, funded by
uk government, Lancashire viclims seNices, The Calico Group, Lancashire fire services, Lancaster Bid and
Lancaster Brewery. It is the intention of the Trustees that the funds received and raised are used for the good
of the LGBT+ community. We held a reserve of £4,711 at the year end.
5. Financial Review
Being a small Charity, the accounts have been prepared on the basis of amounts received and paid during
the year. The Statement of Assets and Liabilities lon page 4) does however show the amounts owed lo. and
owing by the Charity al the end of the year.
The Board of Trustees closely monitor spending and income streams on a day lo day basis and these are
also reviewed at the AGM.
6. Achievernents and Performanc8
During the last year we have continued to provide the housing project for 18-25s for LGBTQ+ people called
No Labelz.
Our LGBT Out in the Bay project has seen a rise in demand for counselling and 1-2-1 support work -
keeping up with demand has been a struggle.
We are continuing with our community project- currènuy supplying anyone with free breakfast and a brew.
Lancaster and Morecambe Prides werè delivered with success.
We have sought out more partners lo work with us, which makes us more robust in challenging times.
Once again we have raised money to support the projects. We now need to be more strategic and open to
new ways ofworking.
7. Non-disclosure of ke
ersonnel details
Due to this being an LGBT+ charity and some hate we received at Morecambe Pride and an increased hale
within society for our broader family- we now reserve the right lo withhold personal information.
