**Objects:** 1.THE ADVANCEMENT OF AMATEUR SPORT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN KENYA AND OTHER EAST AFRICAN COUNTRIES BY ORGANISING AND PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE ORGANISATION AND PROVISION OF FACILITIES (INCLUDING EQUIPMENT AND COACHING) TO ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE YOUNG PEOPLE IN EAST AFRICA TO PAY CRICKET. 2.TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR CAPABILITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.

**Activities:** The Foundation has a mission to transform the lives of young Africans through sustainable cricket and education activity in East Africa. To achieve this it has devised and developed a new programme to ensure that disadvantaged young people from these parts are given the educational, personal and social opportunities that competitive sport - and cricket in particular - can provide.
