Activities
Activities of the Trust include, among others, the installation and upkeep of bird boxes and bird feeders, monitoring of birds, butterflies and other species, clearance of scrub, appropriate management of the deer population and management of the river bank. The Trust works closely with the Banbury Ornithological Society and provides limited public access to the Reserve.
Objects: The Objects Are The Conservation, Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment For The Benefit Of The Public And The Education Of The Public In Nature Conservation By The Use Of The Nature Reserve And Of Suh Adjoining Or Adjacent Land As From Time To Time May Be Or Remain Affordable And Practicable As A Place Or Places Where Birds And Animals Are Encouraged To Live And Breed In A Natural Habitat And To Which The Public Will Have Limited Access And By Such Additional Means As The Trustees Think Fit From Time To Time.
