ITS PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE AMATEUR AND PROFESSIONAL BOTANISTS TO PARTICIPATE IN RESEARCH INTO THE TAXONOMY, ECOLOGY, BIOGEOGRAPHY AND CONSERVATION OF THE BRITISH AND IRISH FLORA.
