The method of appoinlment of PCC members is set in the Church Reres¢ntatoion Ruk5.
All Church attendees are encowgged to register on the Electoral Roll and sland for election to the PCC.
The full PCC met 4 times during the year with art averdge level of attendenc¢ of 60 per ceni. CommÉtte¢$
met between meetings #nd minutes of their delibeyations were rteeived by the full PCC and discuss¢d
where necessary.

Objectives and •¢tivities
The Hanvich Peninsula PCC has the responsil)ility of co-operdting with the in¢umknl in promoting
the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the Churc14 pastoraL evangelical social and ecuminical.
It also has rnaintenance responsibilities for the Churches in the Parish - All Saints, Main Road, Dovercourt.
St Michaels and All Angels, Church Hill, Ramsey. St Nicholas. Church Street, Harwich
As required under section 17 of the Cljarities Act 2011. the incumbent and the mem1￿rS of the PCC have
considered the public tenefft guidance published by the Charity Commission. The PCC maintains an
overview of worship and other activities a￿1 Rnitiatives Ca￿led out by the churches and church
organi8ations that make up the ParislL for the benefit of the whole community. Some of the activities
undertaken during the year are detailed ￿loW under re￿W of the year.

Transfers within unrestricted funds relate mainly to the allocation belween various churches and
central PCC funds of shared ministy, administration and other costs. together with transactions
relating to the parish magazine. As in previous years. a few transactions showm as payments or
receipts within individual DCC accounts have been treated as transfers within the financial
statements of the PCC &8 a whole.
