**Objects:** TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADVANCE THE LIVES OF YOUNG PEOPLE BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.

**Activities:** ThinkForward is a breakthrough programme which intervenes early to ensure that disengaged young people make a successful transition from education into employment. ThinkForward works with schools to identify young people entering their GCSE years who are most at risk of being unemployed when they leave school, and commits to supporting them for five years through their transition into employment.
