The directors and trustees present their report and accounts for the period ended 31 August 2021
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the accounting policies set out in note 1 to the accounts and comply with the charitys Memorandum and Artilcles of Association, the Comapnies Act 2006 and charities act 2011.
Structure, governance and management
The trustees, who are also the directors for the purpose of company law, who served during the year were:

The charity may be ordinary resolution appoint a person who is willing to act as trustees either to fill a vacancy or as an additional trustee, and may also determine the rotation in which any
additional trustees are to retire.
None of the trustees has any beneficial interest in the company. All of the trustees are members
of the company and guarantee to contribute £10.00 in the event of a winding up.
The trustees have assessed the major risks to which the charity is exposed and are satisfied that systems are in place to mitigate exposure to the major risks.
Achievements and performance
Through funding received from the community the charity plans to provide education and health welfare in Pakistan.
Financial Review
It is policy of the charity that unrestricted funds which have been designed for specific use should be maintained at the level of £5000.00 or more. The trustees consider Haseeb Ur Rehman level will ensure that, in the event of a significant drop in funding, they will be able to continue the charity's current actvities while consideration is given to ways which additional funds may be raised. At the moment the free reserves, which amount to £19825.00 do meet this target. Registered number is 08188525 at Companies House.

SYEDA AMINA TRUST
You consider that the company is exempt from an audit for the year ended 31 August 2021. You have acknowledged, on the balance sheet, your responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. These responsibilities include preparing accounts that give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company at the end of the financial year and of its profit or loss for the financial year.
In accordance with your instructions, we have prepared the accounts which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes from the accounting records of the company and on the basis of information and explanations you have given to us.
We have not carried out an audit or any other review, and consequently we do not express any opinion on these accounts.

The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

1 Accounting policies
Income
Income represents the funding received for goods and services to be supplied by the company (Charity), in order to promote their objectives and assistance to the local communities in their area.

Designated funds comprise are funds which have been set aside at the descretion of the trustees for specfic purposes.
The purposes and use of designated funds are set out in notes to the accounts.
Unrestricted funds are not subject to such limitations and the funds are available for any project that meets with the objectives of the charity.
