been good to meet again weekly as a whole
orchestra, face to face, but now with the
added advantage of live streamed and
recorded rehearsals. This means that when
players are ill or unable to attend, they can
watch the rehearsals live from home or
catch up later in the week. It also means
that we can include players from a wider
geographical area who cannot attend in
person, eg Hampshire and Somerset. We
are always keen to encourage younger
players, and to welcome new members, of
which we have had quite a few this year.
Numbers have fluctuated between 55 and
65.
We have given 2 public performances
during the year, both of which were well
supported, with over 100 tickets sold at
