Objects: Subject To The Payments Aforesaid, The Yearly Income Of The Charity Shall Be Applied By The Trustees In The Advancement Of The Education Of Children Who Are Bona Fide Resident In The Parish Of Wetheral In One Or More Of The Following Ways;a) In Granting Prizes Or Rewards, To Children Qualified As Aforesaid Who Have Attend School For Not Less Than Two Years.b)in The Award Of Payments, For The Benefit Of Children Qualified As Aforesaid, Who In Every Case Have Attended School For Not Less Than Five Years And Have Reached The Standard For Total Exemption From School Attendance Fixed By The Byelaws In Force For The Time Being In The School District In Which Such Children Are Respectively Resident. Every Payment So Awarded Shall Be Made Only So Long As The Child Continues To Attend A Public Elementary School, And To Satisfy The Trustees As To His Or Her Continued Good Conduct Regularity In Attendance, And Progress In Learning.c)or In Such Other Charitable Manner As The Trustees Shall Think Fit.(the Aforesaid Noted In Application Of Income.18 The Cost Of Repairs And Insurance, And All Other Charges And Outgoings Payable In Respect Of The Property Of The Charity, And All The Proper Costs, Charges And Expenses Of And Incidental To The Administration And Management Of The Charity Shall Be First Defrayed By The Trustees Out Of The Income Thereof)
