RDTF annual report year end 2022
The charity con6nues to work closely with Steve Shaw from the Cambridgeshire County Council who works directly with the teams of people who oversee many under privileged children including carers, looked aBer children, children with learning difficul6es and children with disabili6es.
This year since April Steve has been able to iden6fy more children who have been able to benefit through the charity’s support which has been even more vital due to the last 2 years of the pandemic.
We are commiIed to working with Steve and the Cambridgeshire County Council to support children who are living in very underprivileged circumstances.
We also support a charity call Tennis For Uganda who are a tennis based charity in Uganda suppor6ng children from the local community. We pay £500 per month towards their food costs and receive regular feedback from them.
Sadly, our annual golf fundraiser day has failed to generate any real momentum since covid and we are thinking of new ways to raise funds for next year.
We would really benefit Fromm new people geNng involved with the charity. This is proving hard to find new people.
