The FIC meet with Rathbones Investrnent Managers as and when required, and prior to the iwo annual trustee meetings, in order to agree any changes in'the asset allocation between the main fijnd and the reserve fund and to discuss Rathbones intend investing the main fvnd. The FIC members discuss and agree the RisklReward Rating for the main fijnd with Rathbones which then leads them to decide what asset allo¢ation is required to deli*r the rating.
