**Objects:** TO ADVANCE AND ENCHANCE THE EDUCATION AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE PUPILS OF SOUTHMEAD PRIMARY SCHOOL, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AND FULFILMENT AT THE SCHOOL NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL.TO FOSTER RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN STAFF, PARENTS AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY AND OTHERS ASOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUPILS AT SOUTHMEAD PRIMARY SCHOOL.

**Activities:** Ongoing review of extra curricular activites, to ensure a broad and balanced provision; meeting the needs of the range of abilities. To conduct an ongoing audit of the outside play facilities in order to encourage and strengthen the opportunites to learn from outside play. To develop the use of the outside facilities to encourage and improve the attainment of focus groups within the school.
