The Trustees. for the Purpo￿ of the Charities Act 2011 as amended and Ststement of
Recommended Practice {SORP) 2C()5, ￿brnit their annual report and financial statemenLS for the
year ended 31 December. 2023. The Trnsiees have adopted the provisions of Ihe Statement of
Recommended Prdctice ISORP) "Accounting and Reporting by Charities" issued iti March 2005 in
preparing the 2nnual rep)rt and financial tt2tements of the ch￿lty. The Charity is governed by
Memorandwn and Anicles of Association.

A Board of Trns¢ees governs the Charity. Nww Trjstees are selected by the Board of Tn￿tee8
and are subject to re-elecTion every five years. Ai 31. Dccember 2023. the Board had
mernberthip of three people acting as trustees.
The Board meers three times a year to agree key poliey decisions, set the $uate8y for Ihe chgriry
and oversee its performance. At present the Board h2$ comjnittee members who are respongible
for the day to day ac¢iviues of the chariry. None of the committee member8 18 beins
remunerated.

Commission. Each Trustee will have an induction programme by other TnLStees and receive an
