During the year the charity kn held regular church services and Iw 35 members.

Thursday Friends meeting in the afternoon, served with tea and

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of The Bethel Independenl
and Evangelical Church for the year ended 31 December 2023, which are set out on
pages 3 to5.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the rcquirements of the Charitics Act 2011 ('the Act'}.
I report in respecl of my examination of the Trustee's accounts carried oul under
section 145 of the 2011 Act and in canying out my examination I have followed all
the applicable Direclions given by the Chanty Commission under section 145(5)(b) of
the2011 Acl.

I have completed my examinatiOT] and confTh that no n￿terIal matters have come to
my attention in conn*Xtion with the examination giving m¢ Cause to believe thai in
any mat￿la1 resp¢¢t:
(l) accounting records were not kept in respect of tkn charity &$ required by
