whole community and helps to build TAR 2 March 2012 and sustain social stability and improve educational attainment. Safe homes and neighbourhoods, where residents are satisfied with housing conditions and public services make for a brighter future for all. Housing can provide opportunities to generate income by creating homebased small and sustainable businesses. Whilst also offering possible future employment opportunities for beneficiaries' children. A decent home means that children have a place to study for school and reach their full educational potential. The provision of training and education in entrepreneurial and vocational subjects to project beneficiaries will reinforce the importance of learning to the wider community; which will in turn directly stimulate both the local community and the economy. We have established locations with the most need for housing and/or social development through local community contacts and have development our plans for sustainable housing by partnering with local business to carry out the building projects. We have carefully chosen beneficiaries according to the organisations charitable aims/objectives, as they are in specific need of poverty relief with particular respect of poor quality housing and sanitation. The beneficiaries are the poorest women in the community, who need support to generate income, and training and support to make this sustainable. The building model we have used (using local tradesmen and local building materials) has helped to improve economic stability and growth ofthe community and has stimulated the local economy during the project and thereafter. We have provided all of the necessary support required for beneficiaries to set up small sustainable businesses from home, which has provided employment opportunities in the community
