**Objects:** TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION , THE PROMOTION AND PRESERVATION OF MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS, IN PARTICULARLY, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN HUNTINGDONSHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS.

**Activities:** On Sunday June 21 2015 the Huntingdon Charity 10k & 3k Races, 1k Fun Run & Spectator Village took place to promote activity and fitness. The sixth year of the race, all profits from the race are given to charities that support people in Cambridgeshire to get more active and involved in their local communities, whatever their needs. The Trustees evaluate the charitable applications.
