The primary function of the charity is to maintain,develop and research the collection of Chinese prints held by the Trust whilst providing scholarly and public access to the collection for educational purposes.The sole income of the Trust is the sale of a Portfolio of 60 prints published in 2003. The Trust is active in developing links and exchanges with similarly minded scholars worldwide.

Objects: The Advancement Of The Education Of The Public In Chinese Pictorial Woodblock Printmaking Through:(a) The Exhibition Of Chinese Pictorial Woodblock Prints And Illustrated Printed Books And Preserving The Same As A Collection ("The Collection"); And(b) The Promotion Of The Educational And Cultural Value Of The Collection Through A Variety Of Means, Including (But Not Limited To) Lectures, Provision Of Educational Materials For Teachers, Co-Ordination Of University Research And Of Interactive School Projects, Publication In Journals And Other Relevant Publications, And Academic Collaboration.
