OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (THE “OBJECTS”) ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:3.1.1 TO PROMOTE ETHICAL AND TRANSPARENT STANDARDS OF CONDUCT, COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW, AND ACCOUNTABILITY IN THE PROVISION OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD, WHICH MAY INCLUDE BY (BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO) THE FOLLOWING MEANS:(A) PROMOTING THE PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF PROJECT INFORMATION;(B) ENABLING STAKEHOLDERS TO HOLD DECISION-MAKERS TO ACCOUNT;3.1.2 TO RELIEVE AND PREVENT POVERTY, SUFFERING AND DISTRESS CAUSED BY WASTE, CORRUPTION, MISMANAGEMENT OR INEFFICIENCY IN THE PROVISION OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD;3.1.3 TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND THE EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCE IN THE PROVISION OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES;3.1.4 TO ADVANCE HEALTH OR SAVE LIVES BY INCREASING PUBLIC SAFETY IN THE PROVISION OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES; AND3.1.5 TO FURTHER SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE; AND FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS ARTICLE 3 “INFRASTRUCTURE” SHALL MEAN THE SYSTEM OF PUBLIC WORKS IN A COUNTRY, STATE OR REGION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ROADS, UTILITY LINES AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS; AND THE “PROVISION OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES” SHALL INCLUDE ALL STAGES OF THE PROCESS OF PROVIDING INFRASTRUCTURE AND INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES, FROM THE INCEPTION TO THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT AND THE PROVISION OF OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES.
