The Chariws trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Charivs lJustees
conslder that an audit is not required for this year under section 144{2} of the Charlties
Act 2011 (the 2011 Act} and an independent examination 1$ needed.
It Is my responsi￿litY to: examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Acl: to follow
the procedures laid down in the General DirectK)n$ given by the Charity Commkssion
under Section 145(5)Ib) of the 2011 Act. and to state whether particular mattefs have come to my
attention.
Basis of independent examinorf8 report
My examination was carried out in accordance Imth Gen8ral DirerAk)ns given by the Charity
Commlssion. An examination indudes a review of the accounting records kept by the charlty
and a comparison of the acwunts presented with thos8 records. It also indud8S (y)nsideration of
any unusual items or disctosures in the accounts, and Seeking éxplanations from you as truslees
conc6ming any such matters.The procedures undertaken do not provide all Ihe evidence that
would be r6quired in an audlt, and consequenlty no opinion is given as to whether the accounts
present a knie and fair vieyf and ttle report is limited to those matters set out in the statement
below.
