To conduct research focussed on red-listed species and the factors associated with successful stewardship of those speciesTo ensure policy makers and decision makers are aware of the factors associated with the revival of red-listed species at national, regional, sub-regional, county and community level. To promote the factors further through the provision of information and education.

Objects: The company is established to: 1. Promote for the benefit of the public the conservation, protection and sustainable development of the natural environment and the prudent use of resources; 2. Advance the education of the public about all matters in connection with the conservation, protection and sustainable development of the natural environment and the causes of environmental degradation or concern by conducting or commissioning research and publishing the results of such research; and 3. Carry out any other charitable purpose ancillary to or connected with the above purposes.For the purpose of this clause, “sustainable development” means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
