**Objects:** THE RELIEF AND PREVENTION OF POVERTY FOR PERSONS IN HARTLEPOOL WHO ARE IN A CONDITION OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS (‘BENEFICIARIES’) IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:A) SUPPLYING FOOD PACKAGES TO BENEFICIARIES.B) SUCH OTHER MEANS, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND ADVICE

**Activities:** The foodbank collects food from various sources and issues parcels to individuals and families in crisis in Hartlepool.  Partner agencies decide on need and issue vouchers.  Nearly 40 volunteers also give advice, signposting clients to other assistance as appropriate.
