Objects: 4 The Charity's Objects ('objects') Are Specifically Restricted To The Following:the Charity's Objects (objects) Are For The Benefit Of The Public Generally And In Particular The Inhabitants Of Tynemouth And Its Surrounding Areas:(1) To Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation By Providing Facilities At Tynemouth Outdoor Pool And Elsewhere For Swimming And Other Sports Capable Of Improving Health (facilities In This Article Means Land, Buildings, Equipment And Organising Sporting Activities);(2) To Provide And Assist In Providing Facilities At Tynemouth Outdoor Pool And Elsewhere For Sports, Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Such Persons Who Have Need For Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interest Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life;(3) To Advance The Education Of The Public In The History And Heritage Of Tynemouth, In Particular By The Preservation And Making Available To The Public Of The Historic Tynemouth Outdoor Pool, Maintaining An Archive Of Audio-Visual Material Relating To Tynemouth Outdoor Pool And (4) For Such Other Exclusively Charitable Purposes As The Directors May From Time To Time Decide.
