Accounts accepted by trustees.
Claire Savva has resigned as trustee and Alice Hulbert has replaced her. Sadly AJ has passed away; there are therefore, seven trustees being: Mark Pile, Steve Astbury, James Stoyle, Amanda Williams, Nick Clarance, Sue Astbury and Alice Hulbert.
It was noted that the motor boat races will no longer be held and this points to compliance with the Charity Commission compliance because there is no other charity with motor boat races.
