**Ma2ers arising** :- 

- James  Stoyle resigned and was reinstated unanimously. Current trustees therefore are : James Stoyle, Mark Pile, Sue Astbury, Alan Jones, Steve Astbury, Nick Clarance, Claire Savva, Amanda Williams. 

- Playpark refurbishment request from Shaldon parish council for £1600 funding -  Although we all feel it is a wonderful cause, and as individuals we will support it, but it would contravene the RegaKa’s consMtuMon to do so. We wish them good luck. Claire to respond to council. 

**A.O.B** .  – Healthy accounts but we have got a large overhead of £7000 minimum  for the oKers refurbishment.
