**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE RESIDING PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY IN AND AROUND WALTON, FELIXSTOWE, BY THE PROVISION OF PARISH NURSES. TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN AND AROUND WALTON, FELIXSTOWE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE PROVISION OF WHOLISTIC CARE WHICH ADDRESSES THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.

**Activities:** We employ Parish Nurses who offer holistic (including spiritual) care. They refer clients to other agencies where appropriate, make health assessments, give advice, provide advocacy, offer support in times of illness and stress, and help people make sense of medical information. We also provide post-operative care, bereavement support, leg care and chair-based exercise classes run by volunteers.
