## **Trustees Report:** 

In the year 2021-22 the Symondsbury School Fund was dormant due to the lingering impact of coronavirus and priorities within school. The Fund is now intentionally passive in relation to the more active community fundraising group, the Friends of Symondsbury School. It remains the intention to combine the Friends of Symondsbury School with the Symondsbury School Fund in 2022/23. 

New Trustees from the Friends group will be appointed to the Fund within 2022/23. 

Following this merger the resulting single school charity intends to register for Gift Aid. 

The Rebecca Harris Memorial Fund is now dormant and final balance is dur to be paid to Symondsbury School in respect of investment in Forest School training. Due to inactivity of the Fund, a single Trustee meeting and AGM was held during the year.
