We give grants to families with children undergoing cancer treatment. The grants are for anything identified by the Hospital Social Workers to assist ease the stress of the individuals.

## **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

Some of the help that SAM’S has provided recently: £300 to provide suitable hygienic flooring for a family’s home. £200 for new clothes and lego for a child suffering with Leukemia. £250 to help toward the funeral costs for a little boy wh tragically did not make it through the treatment. £705 to pay for a memorial bench and plaque for a little tragically did not make it through treatment. Also our best wishes and pledge to help their her brothe undergoing cancer treatment at the same time. £500 For a holiday that was feared to be their last as a family. £500 to a young man towards a private operation neede urgently for a heart condition. £150 super goody bag of treats for a girl undergoing tre for a Brain Tumor. £500 to pay for childcare for a young lady undergoing c treatment. £240 to cover car insurance for a young lady undergoing treatment for breast cancer and needs her car to get to hospital for the regular appointments.
